Select the port number you want to enable

or disable Spanning Tree on by typing l on

the Port Parameter Menu and entering the

port number at the prompt.

∆ Note: The 10/100TX port is port number 9,

the MII ports (MII I and MII 2) are port num-

bers 10 and 11, respectively.

Press return.

Type e to enable Spanning Tree on the port;

type d to disable Spanning Tree on the port.

Type q to exit this menu and return to the

Spanning Tree Parameter Menu.

Type a to apply the changes.

▲ Important! The change will not take

effect until Apply is selected from the Span-

ning Tree Parameter Menu.
